By using this website and by submitting your details, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we sell

Redtinar publishes digital educational material — downloadable PDF guides and prompt libraries covering AI-assisted content, marketing and product work. Purchases are fulfilled through our payment partner Selar. Access is delivered as a digital download; nothing physical is shipped.

2. Licence

A purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable licence to read and use the material for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, translate, or share the files in whole or in part, or upload them to any file-sharing, AI-training or membership platform.

3. No professional advice

The material is educational. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions, your tax and regulatory obligations, and your compliance with the terms of any third-party platform you operate on.

4. No income guarantee

We make no representation that you will earn any amount. See the Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

5. Third-party platforms

Methods described rely on services controlled by others (search engines, ad networks, affiliate networks, AI providers, hosting). Their rules change without notice and may make a method unusable. We do not control and are not responsible for those platforms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the material to build spam networks, to violate platform policies, to impersonate others, to publish deceptive claims, or for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redtinar is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the site or the material. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

We may update these terms; the current version always appears here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you enter your details on this page, why, and what control you have.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your first name and email address when you submit the form on this page.
• Purchase data: if you buy, our payment partner Selar processes your payment and shares order confirmation data with us. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data: standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser, device type, referring page and pages viewed.

Why we use it

• To deliver the guide, prompt library or resource you requested.
• To send related educational emails and occasional offers. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
• To provide customer support and handle refund requests.
• To measure which pages and ads work, so we spend less on advertising.

Lawful basis

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for marketing email, on contract performance to deliver a purchase, and on legitimate interests for security and basic analytics.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who need it to operate: our email platform (Brevo), our payment and delivery partner (Selar), our hosting and analytics providers, and advertising platforms where we measure conversions. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Cookies and advertising

We may use cookies and advertising pixels (for example Meta and Quora conversion tracking) to measure ad performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the page still works.

How long we keep it

Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and are removed after prolonged inactivity. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to marketing, at any time. Email support@retinar.com and we will action it within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at its foot.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and held with reputable processors. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Affiliate income is volatile: a strong week or month in a screenshot may be followed by a weak one, and network payouts can be reversed, held or declined under network terms.

Refund Policy

The product is a digital download that cannot be returned once accessed, so refunds are handled case by case.

When we refund

• The file failed to download and we could not resolve it for you.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The material is materially different from what this page described.

When we do not

• You changed your mind after reading the material.
• You did not implement it, or implemented it and did not reach a particular income figure — no income is promised anywhere.

How to request one

Email support@retinar.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and receipt number. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned by our payment partner Selar to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights that apply where you live are unaffected by this policy.
